ANNUAL TIMELINE FOR VOLUNTEERING

Annual 14 Month Mission Calendar

December:
Dates for missions and application forms for the next year are available online in the Volunteer application form.

Catholic Health East colleagues and affiliated staff can also obtain application forms and schedules from their Mission Executive at your facility. Volunteers not associated with CHE can download a copy from this website or call anytime.

The Mission schedule for the year is located on our Volunteer application form.

December through January:
Applications are accepted from December through the end of January. (The application process for missions that are done in collaboration with other volunteer programs may differ.) Late applications will be considered if additional team members are needed.

February and March:
Applications will be screened and responses sent to all applicants. Potential team members will be interviewed, usually via phone. Team members will be chosen by Mid-March.

February through May:
Orientation retreats for all volunteer teams.

April through November:
Team missions lasting 7 to 14 days.

January:
Integration Weekend Retreats for all teams.
