There are three ways that you can volunteer for Global Health Ministry:
- From your own home:
- Assist in Database Entry
- Translate Communications in Spanish
- Translate Communications in Creole
- Help prepare supplies for a medical mission
- Grant Research/Grant Writing
- At our Home Office (Newtown Square):
- Unlimited number of ways to help here at the home office, you can help
for a few hours, days, or even part-time or full time.
- Volunteering on one of our missions:
Our volunteers include board-certified physicians, registered nurses, nurse
practitioners, community health educators, physical therapists, and other
interested healthcare professionals and non-clinical volunteers including support staff and administrators.
We recruit dedicated men and women interested in the transformational nature
of the mission experience. Our volunteers come from around the country and
are not limited by race or religious beliefs.
If you are interested:
Selected volunteers must attend a weekend orientation program held two or three months prior to their two-week mission and a weekend integration program
a few months after their mission.
Volunteers are expected to pay their own passport and visa fees, and for
any immunizations they will need. Once selected from the applicant pool,
volunteers are also charged a $40 administrative fee. Selected volunteers
are expected to help secure donated medications and materials and help solicit sponsorships for their mission, or make a personal donation.
